Small Business Development Center – UGA 113 (1886, Category 2). The Small Business Development Center at 382 East Broad occupies a two-story brick building with the date 1886 carved in a stone at the parapet. The building retains its decorative brickwork, stone details and sills, and storefront cornice. The storefront and interior have been modernized. The building has good exterior integrity and appears to contribute to a National Register-eligible historic district. It is assessed as a Category 2 resource.
