Russell Hall Renovation

The project will renovate Russell Hall and will reconfigure living, bathroom and some programmatic spaces for 996 residents. This includes providing additional privacy for students in community bathrooms, providing individual room temperature control, and removing built in furniture which are specific improvements requested by students. ADA accessibility will be addressed. The common spaces in the building are intentionally designed for students to gather in groups, or find spaces for individual study.
